Research On The Service Education Mechanism Of Ideological And Political Work In Colleges And Universities

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to ideological and political work in Colleges and universities,and insisted on establishing morality and cultivating people.In 2016,,Opinions on Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation"(No.31 of China's[2016])pointed out;"Adhere to the whole process of educating people in an all-round way.We should guide the ideological value throughout the whole process and every link of education and teaching,and form a long-term mechanism of teaching,scientific research,practice,management,service,culture and organization.In December 2017,the Outline for Implementing the Project of Improving the Quality of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities(Document No.62 of the Educational Party)has planned in detail the contents,carriers,paths and methods of implementing the "Ten Educational Personnel" system,such as curriculum,scientific research,practice,culture,network,psychology,management,service,financial support and organization.From "three educations" to "seven educations" and then to "ten educations",ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has always been the meaning of the topic of educating people.Service education has increasingly become an important part of Ideological and political education.Therefore,the study on the mechanism of Ideological and political work serving education in Colleges and universities is the necessary requirement of personnel training,the requirement of University Students,education management in the new era,and the practical need of the three-round education.Based on the Marxist theory on the all-round developnent of human beings,humanism theory and synergy theory,this paper probes into the mechanism of Ideological and political work serving and educating people in Colleges and universities from three major mechanisms.Operating mechanism is the main body and backbone of serving and educating people.Guarantee mechanism is the support and support of serving and educating people.Evaluation mechanism promotes the improvement and perfection of serving and educating people.This paper consists of four parts.The first part introduces the research background,research significance,research summary,research objectives and research methods of Ideological and political work service education mechanism in Colleges and universities.The second part elaborates the theoretical basis,which lays the foundation for exploring the present situation and looking forward to the future.The third part explores the current situation of service education in Colleges and universities in China,tries to find out the problems,summarizes the attribution,and elaborates the service education mechanism of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities from three aspects:operation mechanism,guarantee mechanism and evaluation mechanism.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the mechanism of Ideological and political work serving to educate people,and puts forward the strategy of mechanism optimization.The service and education of Ideological and political work in Colleges and universities should carry out the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people,clarify the requirements of "six efforts",follow the law of Ideological and political work.follow the law of students' growth,and actively promote "three-all education";optimize the operation mechanism of synergistic innovation,constantly strengthen synergetic mechanism,and actively realize inmovative development;We should improve the implementation of the supervision system and strengthen the guarantee of personnel;actively build a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional evaluation mechanism to make the index system scientific,the evaluation process professional,the scientific application of big data,and strengthen the effective link between the evaluation results and the optimization mechanism,so as to truly play the value of the evaluation mechanism.
