| At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak of COVID-19 swept the world and affects everyone’s life.The virus can pass from person to person.So how to stay healthy during the pandemic? How to adapt to the changing environment? Who is serving us in this pandemic? What can we do for others? These puzzles involve not only the individual’s attitude towards his own life,but also the individual’s concern for the other’s life.In the field of education,the importance of school life education is more prominent.Even before the pandemic,the life puzzles in education field had been revealed by many scholars,such as “education’s indifference to the existence of life”,“the suppression of life vitality”,“the distortion of the meaning of life” and so on.So how do schools carry out life education activities after the outbreak of the pandemic? In the implementating process of life education,do we not only pay attention to “how do students make a living”,but also pay attention to “why students live”? That is to say,can school life education take advantage of the educational opportunity of the pandemic to advocate the meaning and value of life on the basis of emphasizing life and health protection,and fully highlight its due moral guidance? As the existing research on life education under the epidemic situation mainly focuses on the theoretical level,it is rare to go deep into field.Based on this,this paper takes Class Y of S Primary School as an example to conduct field research,examine the status quo of life education in S Primary School from the perspective of morality,and put forward reasonable suggestions for the problems existing in life education in S Primary School.The full text is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,which introduces the reason and significance of this research,reviews the existing research,makes a theoretical review of the existing related research,defines the core concept of this research,and presents the research design.The second part presents the complete process of entry and departure of the researchers,and gives a brief overview of the basic situation of S Primary School and Y Class.The third part expounds the contents of life education in S primary school under the pandemic,mainly including four aspects: protecting life,adjusting life,reverence for life and treating life well.The fourth part takes Class Y as an example to analyze the problems of school life education under the epidemic situation.The study shows that life education in S primary school has played a positive role in the pandemic,but there are still some problems,which are mainly manifested in the fatigue,boredom,numbness and loneliness of students in Y class.The fifth part analyzes the causes of the problems.The main reason is that S Primary School has the tendency of “safety first”,“knowledge first” and excessive pursuit of utilitarianism.Based on the previous analysis,the sixth part puts forward three suggestions after reflection: 1)respond to the multiple needs of students’ lives;2)establish an emotional dialogue between teachers and students;3)implement the school’s guidance for life growth. |
