Countries around the world have been paying attention to the cultivation of civil social responsibility consciousness for a long time.More and more people pay attention to the educational role of discipline teaching,hoping to cultivate the next generation with social responsibility consciousness through discipline education.In recent years,the field of education in China has increasingly focused on the development of students' core literacy,"Scientific spirit and Social Responsibility" is one of the five core qualities proposed in the General High School Chemistry Curriculum Standards issued in 2017.Thus,it can be seen that promoting the development of students' sense of social responsibility has become one of the important goals of chemical education.So,what elements should be included in the chemistry classroom conducive to the development of social responsibility consciousness? What aspects should be strengthened in chemistry teaching? To answer these two questions,this study traces the nature of social responsibility consciousness,tries to combine the factors of social responsibility consciousness with the performance in class,and puts forward strategies to promote the development of students' social responsibility consciousness in chemistry class guided by theory and based on the actual situation.This study reviews the literature at home and abroad,on the study of social responsibility and social responsibility consciousness to definition of "social responsibility",then the factors of social responsibility consciousness and the study of the development of social responsibility consciousness of the education were reviewed,the determination of factors for the social responsibility and social responsibility consciousness development strategy to provide direction.Starting from the definition that the sense of social responsibility is an individual's overall perception of the social role and its responsibilities and obligations,and has the characteristics of "altruism" and "benefiting society",through theoretical analysis,there are three factors of the sense of social responsibility :“Social role cognition”,“Prosocial ability” and “Value analysis”.Taking chemistry class as the carrier,this paper describes the due performance of the three factors in class from the perspective of "teaching content","classroom activities" and "student performance",and determines the class observation scale.There are 24 observation items in this scale,which carefully analyzes the performance of each factor in three aspects of class.This scale is used as a research tool to observe the actual classroom teaching,Then discusses the observation results and analyses the conformity between the actual classroom teaching and the items in the scale,to identify the differences between the actual classroom teaching and the theoretical model,to find out what may be ignored or need to pay more attention to teaching and learning practice in the chemistry teaching,to come up with relevant strategies to promote the development of students' social responsibility consciousness in chemistry class.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for promoting the development of students' social responsibility consciousness in chemistry class.The results show that,in actual classroom teaching,the performance of social role cognition factor,prosocial ability factors and value discrimination factor needs to be strengthened,especially the social role cognition factor and value discrimination factor;The performance of social role cognition factor,prosocial ability factor and value discrimination factor in teaching content is better than that of classroom activities and student performance.After discussion and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Providing rich socialization,production and life scenes in the classroom is conducive to promoting the development of students' social responsibility consciousness;(2)Strengthening students' participation in class is beneficial to promoting the development of students' social responsibility consciousness;(3)Strengthen the interactive discussion of different value orientations between students and students and between students and teachers in class is beneficial to promoting the development of students' social responsibility consciousness.It is hoped that these strategies can promote the development of students' social responsibility consciousness in high school chemistry teaching.
