The reason why argumentative writing teaching in senior high school has become the focus of many researchers is because of its importance in the college entrance examination and even the whole growth process of students.This importance is not only reflected in the cultivation of Chinese literacy of senior high school students,but also directly reflected in the score of argumentative writing in the college entrance examination papers.However,in senior high school,students' argumentative writing level is poor,and teachers' teaching quality is not ideal.The reason is related to the unreasonable teaching of argumentative writing.Therefore,through reading a lot of literature,this paper has a preliminary understanding of the current situation of argumentative writing teaching in Senior High School under the contemporary teaching environment.On this premise,through questionnaires and written interviews,from the perspectives of students and teachers,we have an in-depth and objective understanding of students' cognition of argumentative writing,as well as teachers' teaching contents and teaching methods of argumentative writing.The survey found that when students write argumentative papers,there are many problems,such as superficial arguments,old-fashioned arguments,chaotic arguments and so on.Most teachers still teach according to the book,the arrangement of teaching content is unreasonable,and the teaching quality can not be guaranteed.It is found that the reasons for these problems are the deviation of some teachers' educational ideas and the lack of teachers' own writing literacy,which makes teachers lack the guidance of students' material accumulation methods,the systematic training of writing structure and the targeted training of writing logical thinking ability.In view of the problems found in the survey and the analysis of the reasons behind the problems,this paper puts forward solutions from the perspectives of students and teachers: first,cultivate students' interest in argumentative writing and make students really love argumentative writing;Secondly,on the premise of prompting their own writing literacy,teachers should strengthen the guidance of students' material accumulation methods and improve the writing teaching content;Finally,strengthen the thinking training of students and really improve the students' Argumentative Writing Level in essence.The strategy part is the core content of this paper,hoping to provide some effective teaching strategy references for high school argumentative writing for great front-line educators,so as to improve the writing level of high school argumentative writing.
