Teaching blank-leaving is one of the commonly used teaching methods in various subjects.Introducing the "blank-leaving" technique in the field of traditional Chinese art into subject teaching means that teachers actively create blanks in teaching time and thinking space in teaching,leaving room for physical and thinking activities to stimulate students to think actively,cooperative inquiry,so as to fill knowledge gaps and solve teaching problems,and then cultivate and improve students’ academic ability and core literacy.This not only enriches and supplements teaching methods,but also helps to improve the current teacher-student relationship.Take high school ideological and political courses as an example,study the specific application of blank-leaving in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,adapt to the physical and mental development characteristics of high school students,aim at the teaching object of high school ideological and political courses,and implement the training objectives of ideological and political courses as the key courses of morality education;respond to the requirements of the new era and China’s national conditions for young people,and grasp the "jointing-booting stage" in teenagers’ life.First of all,it analyzes and elaborates related concepts and characteristics of high school students,teaching blank-leaving,etc.through literature research.Secondly,starting from the cognitive development and physical and mental characteristics of high school students,it explains the value of using teaching blank-leaving in high school ideological and political courses.One is to adapt to the needs of high school students to improve their self-awareness and self-expression,improve teacher-student relations,and make better use of the value of morality education of ideological and political courses.The other is to enrich teaching methods,and exercise teachers’ teaching wit while ensure the teaching effect of ideological and political courses.At the same time,combined with the analysis of the lesson case and the teaching practice to summarize the current high school ideological and political courses,there are several major difficulties in the use of teaching blank-leaving,such as teachers’ difficulty in grasping the degree and opportunity of blank-leaving,and students’ lack of awareness of blankleaving participation.Then,through different lesson examples,it is explained that teaching blank-leaving should adhere to the principles of ideology,integrity of teaching,pertinence of blank-leaving,and subjectivity of high school students in the specific application of teaching blank-leaving in high school ideological and political courses,and put forward several pairs of relationships that teachers need to deal with when using teaching blank-leaving.Finally,the teaching design of "Socialist Market Economy" specifies the optimization use of blank-leaving in the leading-in,teaching of new lesson,brief summary,homework assignments and blackboard-writing of high school ideological and political courses,which proves although the teaching blank-leaving has some shortcomings as one of the recent teaching methods,it still has certain practical value and promotion significance.It can serve the teaching of ideological and political courses in high schools and serve the implementation of ideological and political courses as the key course of morality education.
