The purpose of the study is to explore the influence of functional training on the agility quality of the students aged 10 to 12 years and to analyze the causes of this effect. To improve the agility quality of the students in the agility period in the future,it will further enrich the scheme and contents of the sports activities with agility quality and provide valuable reference basis and direction. Methods:In this study,70 students from two classes in Grade 5 were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).By using the methods of documentation, expert interview and questionnaire, the training content was selected, and the experimental study was carried out by using the experimental method. The results of the basic condition and the sensitive quality of the two groups were t-checked before the experiment, and the results showed that P was more than 0.05 and there was no significant difference in the data between the experimental group and the control group. In the experiment group and the control group, the function training and the training of the traditional sensitive quality were performed twice a week. After the experiment, the sensitive quality indexes were tested and recorded, and the mathematical system was used. The calculation method is used to collate and analyze the data. The feedback of questionnaire survey was used to understand the degree of interest of students in functional training. The main results were as follows:(1)there was significant difference in the scores of T-type running between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P < 0.05).The p value of the data difference test before and after the experiment was P < 0.01,P < 0.05,respectively.Among them, the experimental group increased by 14.0%,and the control group increased by 4.6%.(2)after 10 weeks of the experiment,There was significant difference in the scores of hexagonal reaction ball between the two groups after the experiment(P < 0.01).The results of t test of matched samples in the experimental group and the control group were P < 0.01 and P < 0.05,respectively,and the results in the experimental group were increased by 21..5%,the control group increased by 3%.(3)after 10 weeks of experiment, there was no significant difference in the scores of procedural sensitivity test index between the two groups(P > 0.05).The difference of data between the two groups before and after the experiment P < 0.05,but the experimental group increased by 10.5%,the control group increased by 5.8%.(4)the feedback of interest in functional training was good. The research conclusion:(1)Both functional training and traditional training can improve the sensitive quality of students aged 10-12 years.(2)Compared with the traditional training, the function training can improve the performance of the program sensitive test index T-type running of the 10-12-year-old students, and has a better effect on the rapid direction change, the rapid movement and the braking capacity of the students with the 10-12-year-old students' sensitive quality; But also can better improve the score of the random sensitive test index hexagonal reaction ball of the 10-12 year-old students, and the effect of improving the coordination and the rapid reaction capacity of the students is more remarkable.(3)Both training groups can improve the program sensitivity of 10-12-year-old students Test indicators The performance of Illinois runs can promote students to quickly change their position, quickly change direction, and control the ability to control the center of gravity.(4)Functional training greatly mobilizes the interest and enthusiasm of physical education practice of students, which can reduce the boring and boring feeling of physical education courses.
