Functional strength training is an important branch of functional training.After years of evolution and development,functional strength training has been widely used in the field of competitive sports and public fitness.Different from traditional conventional strength training,functional strength training breaks the training mode of single muscle tissue and single joint,regards each muscle tissue and joint of the whole body as a complete system,pays more attention to individual special movement pattern and movement structure,enhances the coordination and power generation ability of each muscle tissue,and regards human movement as a complete movement chain.And strengthen the weak link in the sports chain to enhance the athletic ability level of athletes.Strengthening the agility and quality level of college students specializing in basketball through functional strength training can provide realistic ideas for improving the competitive ability of college students specializing in basketball.In order to explore the influence of functional strength training on the agility and diathesis of college students specializing in basketball,36 college students specializing in basketball were selected as experimental subjects in this study.Combined with the characteristics of technical movements of basketball events,a practical scheme of functional strength training to improve the agility and diathesis of college students specializing in basketball was developed,and a total of 18 weeks of functional strength training experimental intervention was implemented.Specifically,focusing on the ability to change direction,control ability,reaction ability,coordination ability,T test,bur-up,six corner ball,cross step and other as the main indicators of basketball students agility test,and before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group before and after the agility test.On this basis,the obtained data were sorted out,and SPSS and other data analysis software were used to analyze and compare the differences between subjects in the experimental group before and after the experiment,subjects in the control group before and after the experiment,and subjects in the experimental group and control group after the experiment.Through the comparison between horizontal and vertical,the influence of functional strength training on the agility quality of college students specialized in basketball is explored.The research findings of this thesis are as follows:(1)From the perspective of intra-group differences,compared with before the experiment,the experimental group of functional strength training for college students specializing in basketball has significantly improved the scores of various agility tests;The control group who carried out the routine strength training had a certain degree of improvement in the agility test of college students specializing in basketball,but the improvement was relatively small,and some subjects showed a decline in the performance of individual items in the test.Specifically,subjects in the experimental group showed significant differences after the experiment compared with before the experiment in the ability to change their own direction,ability to change their own movements,coordination ability and reaction ability test scores,that is,P < 0.001;After the experiment,subjects in the control group showed significant differences in the ability to change their own direction and change their performance in the test of motor ability(P < 0.001),while there was no significant difference in the coordination ability and reaction ability of subjects in the control group compared with that before the experiment(P > 0.05).(2)From the perspective of inter-group differences,before the start of the experiment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in sensitivity diathesis test scores;After 18 weeks of functional strength training,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.Specifically,subjects in the experimental group and the control group showed significant differences in their ability to change their own direction,ability to change their movements,coordination ability and reaction ability test scores after the experiment,that is,P < 0.001.Moreover,the average score improvement of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that functional strength training has a more significant effect on improving the agility and quality of college students specializing in basketball than traditional conventional strength training.(3)After questionnaire survey and interview before and after the experiment,it is known that subjects’ subjective attitude towards functional strength training has changed to a great extent after the experiment,gradually changing from passive training to active training.The change of athletes’ subjective attitude is largely due to the training effect,and the athletes can actually feel the improvement of their own athletic ability. |
