Research On The Teaching Design Of Secondary Vocational Tour Guide Specialty Aimed At The Cultivation Of Humanistic Quality

The integration of culture and tourism is a new mode of tourism industry development.The development of tourism industry needs a group of high-quality guides with both humanistic quality and professional tourism skills.Secondary vocational schools,as an significant base for cultivating tour guide talents,undertake the important role of cultivating tour guide talents with good humanistic quality.However,secondary vocational schools paying more attention to skills than quality is universal,which leads to the relatively weak level of students' humanistic quality.This study takes tour guide major students in secondary vocational schools as this research object,and explores how to cultivate the humanistic quality of the students from the perspective of teaching design in order to help the students improve their humanistic quality level effectively.Analyzing the overall connotation of humanistic quality,this paper finds that tourists desire spiritual and cultural enjoyment and there are some people who lack great humanistic spirits.Then,this paper investigates the present situation of students' humanistic quality and the current situation of the school's cultivation of humanistic quality in the secondary vocational colleges.Based on the current situation investigation,this paper combines the market demand interview results,the teachers' interview results,the student humanities quality present situation investigation,and personal practice experience,finding secondary vocational schools have the following problems in the aspect of cultivating students' humanistic quality,such as students' humanistic knowledge is limited;the level of humanistic quality is low and the curriculum of humanistic quality can not meet the demands of students.Finally,in order to improve students' humanistic quantity,this paper combines theory with practice,mainly analyzing the elements of teaching design,the application of humanistic quality in teaching procedures,and then putting forward teaching design.It's helpful to improve students' humanistic quality and improve their level of service by putting humanistic quality education into all aspects of teaching.
