Network has become an indispensable part of human life now. Except the initialcomputer network today we have the TV network and mobile phone network. Networkhas been so usual as the water and electricity to people’s life. The appearance anddevelopment of Internet not only promoted the progress of science and the convenienceof lifestyle, but also created a large number of the Internet excessive users. And this isthe problem we are to discuss about the "Internet addiction". There is no clear age limitfor the "Internet addiction”, because from youth of several years to elder of tens of yearsare likely to become addicted in Internet. However, as far as the proportion and thedanger to society, the problem of Internet addiction youth undoubtedly gets moreattentions. As the main body of the future development of society, young people shouldbe active to learn the skills to adapt the modern world, instead of indulging in the Internetworld so as to ignor the ethics and norms in real life and dealing with the teacher and thefamily.Therefore, many treatments for Internet addiction youth have appeared in ourlives. According to the psychology of the parents that they dream to help their childrenget rid of the Internet addiction and return back to the normal school lives, they even usesome extreme ways to help teenagers to get rid of "Internet addiction" for the highreturns. But these extreme methods sometimes can not help teenagers get rid of "Internetaddiction" and return to reality, even these extreme ways cause the damage to youth’sphysical and mental health in different degrees. Even in the case of that the "Internetaddiction" has been relieved in this high pressure environment, but the Internet addictionyouth may soon return to the world of the internet without this specific environment ofcompression. So we need to find a reasonable way to help the Internet addiction youthget rid of the internet addiction fundamentally and return back to real life thoroughly. This research is based on the theories of "people in the analysis from theperspective of context" and "Maslow’s hierarchy of needs" to analyze the factors of theinternet addiction. Through the analysis of the internet addiction’s causes, we constructthe intervention of cognitive behavioral therapy mode. We can get the practicalexperience of social work through the study of intervention in the "Internet addiction”youth. As the students of social work, we adhere to the work ideas of "self-help” and wechoose the intervention mode according to the specific operation of the case so as to betruly beneficial for "Internet addition" use to get rid of the addiction. At the same time,this paper contributed to provide practical supports to build a local method of social workand better ways of interventions for the internet addiction youth.
