Research On The Social Case Work Intervention Of Adolescent Internet Addiction Disasorder

Teenagers is a critical period of individual life.In this period,teenagers are vulnerable to a variety of factors,which hinder the healthy development of teenagers 'physical and mental health.Internet addiction is one of the influencing factors.Internet addiction is a kind of morbid Internet use behavior caused by long and frequent use of the Internet.In the long run,it will not only harm teenagers' health,but also have a negative impact on teenagers' life and learning.Therefore,in order to promote the healthy physical and mental development of teenagers,it is necessary to take certain positive measures to give timely and effective intervention to adolescents with internet addiction and guide them to use the Internet correctly so as to help them quit Internet addiction as soon as possible.Based on cognitive behavioral theory and social learning theory,this study makes full use of semi-structured interview method,non-participatory observation method and test method to collect and analyze relevant data,so as to lay a solid foundation for further service.The application of semi-structured interview and nonparticipatory observation throughout the whole service period provides a strong data support for the smooth development of this study.The application of the test method plays a crucial role in assessing whether the subject is addicted and whether the intervention effect is obvious.After that,according to the specific problems and causes of Internet addiction,the service plan is made and implemented.In the specific intervention phase,this study through the intervention of the internal and external environment of the service object,the intervention of the internal environment mainly through the use of cognitive behavioral therapy model to help the service object change their cognition and translate into actual action,the intervention of the external environment mainly through helping the parents of the service object to optimize their educational concepts and help to build.The social support network belongs to the service object.After the end of the service,the effect of the case service is evaluated by the results evaluation method,based on the adolescent Internet addiction scale,the online behavior observation record table and other interviews.The evaluation found that the Internet Addiction of the clients was improved to some extent and their selfperception was good.Finally,combined with professional knowledge and practical experience,the theoretical model,method and role of social workers used in this study were rethought to provide experience for future practice.
