Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Labor Education In Primary School

Labor education is an important part of the education system for the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.It is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and has irreplaceable value for talent training.However,in the process of implementation,labor education has failed to achieve the expected results due to various factors.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct research on the implementation of labor education,clarify the constraints of labor education,and explore the ways to effectively implement labor education.This study used literature research method and survey research method to investigate the current situation of labor education implementation in elementary schools in H city.It summarizes the various problems of labor education in elementary school in city H.On the basis of this,it analyzes in depth the reasons that restrict the effective implementation of labor education and then proposes countermeasures to promote the effectiveness of labor education in elementary school in city H.This study concludes that enhancing the effectiveness of labor education in elementary school in city H should start from the relevant subjects,and all three levels: society,school,and family should play their respective main roles.At the same time,the coordinating role of society,the main role of schools,and the basic role of families should be brought into play to build a long-term mechanism for labor education and to ensure that labor education will be stable and far-reaching.
