This study is based on the relevant research status of teacher post-service training management at home and abroad,and through the questionnaire "Teacher Training Questionnaire in the Compulsory Education Stage" survey was conducted on 275 teachers in 4 primary schools and 6 middle schools in H City,and the teachers in the compulsory education stage were interviewed in the "Outline of the Interview on the Training of Teachers in the Compulsory Education Stage in H City,Heilongjiang Province",the recovered data were analyzed,and the conclusion of the post-service training management of teachers in the compulsory education stage was drawn:(1)The teacher training plan is not subdivided;(2)Teachers have a high demand for training time;(3)Teachers have a higher demand for training content;(4)Teachers have a higher demand for school independent development support.The reasons for this analysis are:(1)the significance of the subdivision of the teacher training plan is not conscious;(2)the teacher workload is large;(3)the teacher training needs are diversified,and the teacher independent development school support system was not perfect.According to the analysis of the above reasons,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed:(1)strengthen the design of teacher training programs;(2)ensure the time of teacher post-service training,(3)enhance the pertinence of teachers’ post-service training content;(4)Establish a school support system for teachers to develop independently.
