Strategies For Optimizing Post-service Training Management For Teachers In Compulsory Educatio

This study is based on the relevant research status of teacher post-service training management at home and abroad,and through the questionnaire "Teacher Training Questionnaire in the Compulsory Education Stage" survey was conducted on 275 teachers in 4 primary schools and 6 middle schools in H City,and the teachers in the compulsory education stage were interviewed in the "Outline of the Interview on the Training of Teachers in the Compulsory Education Stage in H City,Heilongjiang Province",the recovered data were analyzed,and the conclusion of the post-service training management of teachers in the compulsory education stage was drawn:（1）The teacher training plan is not subdivided;（2）Teachers have a high demand for training time;（3）Teachers have a higher demand for training content;（4）Teachers have a higher demand for school independent development support.The reasons for this analysis are:（1）the significance of the subdivision of the teacher training plan is not conscious;（2）the teacher workload is large;（3）the teacher training needs are diversified,and the teacher independent development school support system was not perfect.According to the analysis of the above reasons,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed:（1）strengthen the design of teacher training programs;（2）ensure the time of teacher post-service training,（3）enhance the pertinence of teachers’ post-service training content;（4）Establish a school support system for teachers to develop independently.
