A Study On The Cultivation Of Labor Values ??for The Upper Grades Of Primary School Students

Labor education is an important way to achieve the comprehensive development of students,and its essence is to cultivate labor values.In recent years,China's labor education has survived and has been distorted,and the cultivation of students' labor values is impossible to talk about.Therefore,it is an urgent and important topic of the times to cultivate the labor values of senior elementary school students.Primary school students are highly malleable.If they want to cultivate the labor values of the next generation,they must start with the primary school students.The thesis focuses on the problem of cultivating the labor values of elementary school senior students from the perspective of labor education.The main issues discussed are the composition,nature,characteristics and functions of the labor values of senior elementary school students,what is the current development status,what are the influencing factors and causes,and how to effectively cultivate the labor values of elementary school senior students.In order to solve these problems,the thesis first sorted out the relevant theories,nature,characteristics and functions of the cultivation of labor values of elementary school senior students,with a view to lay a theoretical foundation for the discussion of strategies for the cultivation of labor values of elementary school senior students.Then,using empirical research strategies,including questionnaire surveys and individual interviews,to conduct empirical investigations on the labor values and development status of labor education of senior students in two primary schools in this city,on the basis of personal,family,school and social aspects,Attribution analysis was conducted on the relevant factors that may affect the status quo of the cultivation of labor values of elementary school senior students.Finally,combined with the problems found in the survey,it puts forward relevant suggestions for cultivating the labor values of the upper grade students in primary schools.An empirical investigation and study found that the current status of the cultivation of labor values of senior elementary school students is not optimistic.The main reasons are that students have a weak labor consciousness and no sense of conservation,the parents' labor ideology is biased,and the family's labor time cannot be guaranteed.Lack of teachers,single form of education,wrong "mainstream" concept in society,etc.Based on this,the thesis suggests that at the individual level,ideological education of students' labor values should be strengthened,role models should be used to mobilize students' enthusiasm for labor,and develop good working habits;from the school level,enrich labor channels and improve labor Educational security mechanism to broaden labor channels;from the family level,strengthen parents' ideological education,transform parents' knowledge of labor,guarantee family labor time,train students' self-service ability,and teach by example;from the social level,we must play social media The public opinion-oriented function improves the status and treatment of laborers.
