Design And Implementation Of Process Control Practice Evaluation System

Process Control is one of the most important courses in the training system of automation specialty.Our school has carried out the assessment of the experimental link of this course for many years,and adopted the method of one-person,one-question on-site time-limited system and debugging to carry out the assessment,which greatly improved the students' basic ability of practical control system design and system debugging,and achieved an obvious teaching guidance effect.However,the assessment process of this method is cumbersome,and the workload of the examination paper is huge,and the evaluation results are not accurate enough.In order to further optimize the examination method,to simplify the examination process and improve the marking level and efficiency,this system is developed and designed.This system design uses B/S structure,the main technology used includes writing the front end of HTML5,CSS,Java Script,writing the back end of Java,database My SQL and Web server Apache Tomcat.This system mainly includes four modules,which are the examination module,the examination question management module,the student management module and the result management module.The examination module is a functional module for students to use for the examination,which includes students to draw questions,upload files,view the results,view the results report and other functions.After students input their personal information,the background will check whether the student's information is correct.If the information is correct,they are allowed to draw the question.After the students finish drawing the questions,they need to build the simulation control system on the simulation software according to the questions and adjust the controller parameters to achieve the best performance of the system.After the candidates upload the system response and output results through the student terminal,they can score independently and view the results.Test management module,student management module and grade management module are the three main function modules of the management terminal.These three modules have certain independence but also have certain similarities.For example,each module includes the functions of adding,deleting,modifying and checking corresponding information.First of all,this paper analyzes the basic methods of control system evaluation,and selects a most suitable evaluation index to evaluate the control system according to the needs of the process control practice assessment.Secondly,according to the needs of the practice assessment,this topic has carried on the demand analysis and feasibility analysis to the system,and on this basis has carried on the overall functional design to the assessment and evaluation system.Thirdly,through the study of related technology,the programming has realized the development of the process control practice assessment system.Finally,a detailed test scheme was designed for the system test,and the examination system successfully passed the test link,and the function of the examination system was verified.The application of this system simplifies the process control practice assessment process to a great extent,and reduces the subjective interference in the assessment process,and improves the objectivity and impartiality of the assessment and reduces the workload of the assessment staff.
