At present,because of our country’s colleges and universities are basically not perfect for the job counselor performance appraisal system,evaluation cannot be timely and accurate to the work of counselors,which led to the performance appraisal has no effective incentive role of counselors,have a very negative impact on the initiative and enthusiasm counselors’ work.Therefore,building a relatively targeted,scientific,rational and effective performance appraisal system of Higher Vocational College Counselors has extremely important practical significance.This paper studies the performance assessment of the counselors in Shijiazhuang L College by using the method of questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process.First introduces the current research situation of counselor performance appraisal at home and abroad;followed by the relevant theory of College counselor performance appraisal;once again is the Shijiazhuang L College counselor performance appraisal as an example,to understand Shijiazhuang L College counselor performance appraisal situation through questionnaire survey and problems existing in the application layer;fourth is a method to construct the counselor performance appraisal the system of Shijiazhuang L College;finally,the implementation of security measures of counselor performance appraisal system of Shijiazhuang L College.The conclusion is as follows:(1)this paper introduces the current situation of domestic counselors’ performance appraisal,and applies objective management theory and incentive management theory to optimize the performance appraisal system of counselors.(2)the questionnaire survey method was applied to investigate the relevant education and professional title structure,the scope of duties and performance appraisal of counselors in Shijiazhuang L College,so as to understand the reality of the performance appraisal of counselors in Shijiazhuang L College.Through the investigation,found that Shijiazhuang L College counselor performance appraisal problems: the appraisal process in a formal and not a long-term evaluation system,the existing evaluation index is not comprehensive enough,the assessment results feedback of deficiencies,lack of reasonable application of the assessment results.(3)in view of the problems existing in the performance assessment of the counselors in Shijiazhuang L College,the optimization performance assessment scheme is proposed.This paper applies AHP analysis to build a new performance appraisal system for counselors in Shijiazhuang L College,from four aspects of daily work,student ideological education,counselor’s own learning and development,and comprehensive satisfaction as the content of assessment index.The establishment of the assessment matrix,the check weight and consistency test of the nuclear test indicators are calculated,and combined with the analysis of the examination cases,it is used to verify the scientificity and rationality of the new performance appraisal system.(4)for the Shijiazhuang L College counselor performance appraisal of new smooth implementation,the implementation of the optimization measures of counselor performance appraisal system of Shijiazhuang L College,specifically the need to pay attention to the assessment process,the establishment of long-term assessment mechanism,improve the assessment index,strengthen the feedback assessment results,and strengthen the rational use of assessment results.
