Classes are the basic organization of school management and an important place for students to live and study.The level of class cohesion is related to the growth of students and the overall development of the class.Improving the level of class cohesion is an unavoidable topic for class building and school management.However,due to economic development,cultural shock and other factors,various worrying phenomena have emerged in the construction of rural primary schools.It is urgent and necessary to improve the level of cohesion of rural primary schools.Through the collation,analysis and review of the literature,combined with practical factors,it is determined whether the focus of the research group counseling has a significant effect on improving the cohesion level of the rural primary school class,and whether it has universality and promotion significance.The research work carried out is as follows: First,through the "Rural Primary School Class Cohesion Survey Questionnaire",analyze the differences in the demographic variables of the rural primary school class cohesion level,as well as the value identity,teacher-student relationship,student-student relationship,class goals,and institutional norms.The impact of each factor on the level of cohesion.The second is to prepare a focus solution group counseling program.The third is to select two classes with a low level of class cohesion but with the same quality.One is used as the experimental class for five-time group counseling intervention,and the other is the control class without any intervention.Fourth,after the experiment is over,through statistical analysis and interviews,we will explore the focus of solving the effect of group counseling on improving the cohesion of rural primary schools,and give educational enlightenment.The general conclusions of the study are:1.The status quo of class cohesion in rural primary schools is worthy of recognition.There are significant differences in grades,genders,and whether they are student leaders in rural primary school class cohesion levels.There are no significant differences in the level of cohesion between whether it is a single-parent family or whether it is an only child2.After focusing on the experimental class to solve the group counseling intervention,the experimental class’ s class cohesion level has undergone extremely significant changes,while the control class did not participate in the group counseling,the class cohesion level did not change significantly,combined with the data statistics and interview evaluation,it is proved Focus-solving group counseling can be used as an effective intervention method to improve the cohesion level of rural primary schools.The concluding part expounds the contribution and innovation of this research,and gives research suggestions for the research deficiencies.
