Adolescence is a critical period for the psychological development,outlook of life,the establishment of values and the further improvement of junior high school students.However,the problem of Learning-weariness is troubling many students,especially in the post-epidemic ear,the number of students increased significantly,the left-behind children especially.If because of learning-weariness and lead to drop out of school,or people in school,but can not be fully engaged,and lose the opportunity to grow,will affect the lifelong development of students.Therefore,on the basis of the original research,to explore the learning-weariness of rural left-behind junior high school students(academic burnout)situation and causes,and use the focus to solve the orientation of group counseling to intervene,hoping to alleviate left-behind junior high school students’ learning-weariness.In this study,320 questionnaires were distributed to a middle school in Nanyang City,Henan Province,and 320 were recovered,of which 304 were effective,with an effective rate of 95%.In the valid questionnaire,there were 217 left-behind junior high school students,accounting for about 71.4%,and 87 non-left-behind junior high school students,accounting for about 28.6%.According to the principle of voluntarism,24 left-behind junior high school students with high scale scores were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received focus solving orientation group counseling,and the control group attended normal classes without intervention.Post-test was conducted after the experiment.After the end of the experiment,analyze whether the focus solving orientation group counseling can effectively alleviate the learning-weariness of rural left-behind junior high school students(academic burnout).The results are as follows:Before the experiment,the average score of the experimental group was 60.78,and the average score of the experimental group was 51.33 after eight focus solving orientation group counseling.The group counseling was effective in improving the students’ learning-weariness(academic burnout),and the effect was significant(P<0.01).The average score of the control group was 62 before the experiment,and62.56 after the experiment.The total score of learning-weariness(academic burnout)did not change much.Conclusion: Focus solving orientation group counseling can effectively improve the learning-weariness psychology of rural left-behind junior high school students(academic burnout),enhance self-confidence,improve learning interest.
