The teaching ability of teachers is the core of teaching.Scientific and comprehensive teaching ability is conducive to improving the quality of teaching in schools,and has a diagnostic and stimulating effect on the overall development of students.Any kind of teaching ability of teachers will directly affect the teaching effect,therefore,the research on how to improve teachers’ teaching ability has aroused the concern of teaching workers.The new curriculum reform requires high school physics teachers to construct a new teaching ability structure and improve their teaching ability.This study investigates the current situation of physics teachers in The First Middle School of Wensu County,finds out the problems of the physics teachers in the teaching ability of the high schools in this school,analyzes the factors affecting the problems,and puts forward the method of improving the teaching ability of the physics teachers of the first middle school in Wensu County,hoping to help some physics teachers in Wensu County.This paper reads a large number of papers related to this study through literature,analyzes the theoretical basis of teachers’ teaching ability,and constructs the structure of high school physics teachers’ teaching ability.This study uses different research methods such as interview method and questionnaire method to summarize the teaching ability of physics teachers in The First Middle School in Wensu County,and finally,the strategy of improving the teaching ability of physics teachers is put forward from different angles of teachers,students and society.The full text consists of four parts,the first part is the research background,research purpose and research significance,application value and the current situation of physics teachers teaching ability at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical review.The third part is to investigate all physics teachers and senior high school students in Wensu County First Middle School to understand the current situation.The fourth part is to analyze the influencing factors and put forward some suggestions for improving the teaching ability of physics teachers in The First Middle School in Wensu County.
