From the Ministry of Education announced the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform" and decided to promote basic education curriculum reform, adjustment of the basic education curriculum system since the country are struggling to promote the new curriculum reform. Guizhou basic education is relatively backward, education reform has been slow, in 2010 began across the province to implement the new curriculum reform, new courses have a new curriculum philosophy, under the new curriculum requires teachers to have appropriate teaching operational capability, the new curriculum must be achieved through teachers ’ability to operate; at the same time, "high school physics curriculum standard" curriculum standards also stressed the importance of teachers’ ability to operate. How, then, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, novice high school, backbone and expert teachers’ ability to operate the physical level in the new curriculum? Operational capacity of these three types of teaching high school physics teacher has no difference between? Factors affecting the operational capabilities of teaching what? How novice physical education teachers to better improve their operational capacity levels faster? How to learn backbone and expert physics teachersteaching ability to operate?
