In January 2018,the Ministry of Education issued "information technology curriculum standards for general high schools(2017 edition)",which kicked off a new round of curriculum reform.Because the new curriculum standard is different from the old curriculum standard,the implementation of the new curriculum standard is obviously challenging for high school it teachers.Obviously,the adaptability of teachers to the new curriculum standard has a direct impact on the final implementation of the new curriculum standard effect.Underpinned by literature research,this thesis compiles a questionnaire on the adaptability of information technology(IT)teachers of senior high schools to the new curriculum standard,covering the basic information of teachers and the adaptability scale of the new curriculum standard.By virtue of network platform,the questionnaire is distributed in Shandong Province,the final number of valid samples is 164,and the data obtained are analyzed by data analysis software SPSS 22.0.On this basis,certain research results have been obtained:First,the theoretical model of teachers’ adaptability to the new curriculum standard is constructed.As far as teachers’ adaptation mechanism is concerned,the adaptability of the new curriculum standard composes psychological adaptation and behavioral adaptation;As for the content of teachers’ adaptation to the new curriculum standard,four dimensions of teaching objective,teaching method,teaching evaluation and teaching content are included.Besides,the implementation guarantee and the structure and dimension of knowledge that affect teachers’ adaptability are also included.Second,present situation of the adaptability of IT teachers of senior high schools to the new curriculum standard and the factors influencing teachers’ adaptability are analyzed.The results indicate that IT teachers of senior high schools have good adaptability to the new curriculum standard,the best adaptability to teaching objective,and the worst adaptability to teaching content.In addition to the teaching content,teachers’ psychological adaptability to the new curriculum standard is generally higher than their behavior adaptability,and their own and external environment will exert an influence on their adaptability to the new curriculum standard.Third,suggestions to enhance the adaptability of IT teachers of senior high schools are proposed.Teachers are advised to motivate their enthusiasm for the implementation of the new curriculum standard,master project-based teaching knowledge to carry out teaching practice,actively integrate teaching resource and optimize teaching content,and improve professional literacy and fill knowledge gaps.Schools are suggested to lay emphasis on the subject of IT and ensure teaching hours,provide sufficient teaching conditions and support,actively carry out school-based training and organize inter-school teaching seminars.Education authorities are advised to enhance the training mechanism,attach importance to subject-matter knowledge,formulate relevant policies and incentive measures,establish an exchange platform for teachers,and focus on teachers’ development.
