With information technology develops quickly, build a high-quality expert teachers of information technology is particularly important for the popularization and development of information technology, it even relates to the country’s future. And how to become a technology information teacher will become a important subject of education research. From the view of the longitudinal development of information technology teachers, the information technology expert teachers are many novice teachers’model and professional development goals to analysis and summary the differences between information technology expert teachers and novice teachers not only has important guiding significances for the development of novice teachers, but also is beneficial to the development of expert information technology teachers.This study is from the perspective of teaching design to analysis the professional development of the information technology teachers. Take the two technology teachers of a typical high school as the research objects, mainly using the method of classroom observations and interviews, analysis ten times of the two information technology teachers’typical classroom teaching design cases to find the differences of the two teachers’ teaching designs and find out the cause of the formation of these differences, then put forward some proposals to promote the information technology teachers’ professional development. Novice teachers must set up the correct attitude and establish proper development goals firstly in the process of growth. Then they should through continuous learning to narrow the gap with the goal gradually. One’s strength is limited, through the cooperation and communication can not only learn from the advantages of others, but also inspire their struggling confidence. Education research is the important way of teachers’ growth process. They can solve the problems in their teaching processes and deal with the relationship between the theory and the practice by doing research, and then improve the teaching effects. Teachers cannot grow without teaching reflection, only through fully teaching reflection, can they accumulate experience continuously, and finally achieve continuous growth and progress. I hope this research can help improve the level of information technology novice teachers’ professional development, and finally promote the development of education informatization.
