China is into open and efficient society, so competition in nations is becoming increasingly fierce. The international competition is talent competition, thus education as an important way of cultivating talents, nations pay more attention in it. In addition, because many developed countries are ongoing the basic education curriculum reform tide and there are some problems in basic education at present in China, so it require new basic education curriculum reform in China. Basic education reform includes Multiple stages and curriculums, high school geography curriculum character and teaching idea determines it is the key point of the new curriculum reform. Geography teacher for the key factors in geography curriculum reform, their quality, positive attitude and adaptation directly determines the success or failure of new curriculum reform, so researching high school teacher has certain representativeness and realistic significance under the background of new curriculum reform.Based on reading lots of references, investigation and research, this paper analyzes the problems and influencing factors of teacher's adaptability in new curriculum reform and offers countermeasures and Suggestions about teachers' adaption to new curriculum from the government, the school and the teachers' three aspects.
