Under the background of the new physical education curriculum reform, the physical education workers take "health first" as the guiding ideology, pay attention to the people-oriented education concept, and constantly explore new physical education teaching methods and teaching approaches, and have made some progress.,athletics, the appreciation of the volleyball movement is a both interesting sports, asked the students not only to have good flexibility, also need to have a certain volleyball skills, and school students in China are numerous and different levels, volleyball teachers facing the teaching factors tend to be complicated, some teachers are still in the traditional concept of education for teaching of volleyball course, used in the process of teaching the force-feeding teaching method did not take care to the students individual differences, not good to "according to their aptitude" the effect. Therefore, the reform of teaching methods still needs constant innovation and improvement to adapt to the current educational concept and students' reality,so as to improve the volleyball teaching effect. The sixth grade of primary school is the connecting link between the preceding and the following period. If we can master a sport skill and improve our physical quality in this period, then we will lay a solid foundation for the future PE high school entrance examination.Based on this, the author combined volleyball teaching practice and theory analysis, through the exploration of the step teaching method in the sixth grade volleyball teaching is feasible,to the primary and secondary physical education teaching method reform to do a bit of strength. This article USES the literature material method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, questionnaire survey method, teaching experiment method and other research methods, with practical problems existing in the current elementary school sixth grade volleyball teaching, with the stepwise method in the elementary school sixth grade volleyball teaching experiment as the research object,by their aptitude education idea as the basis, the stepwise method is applied to the Qingdao cieme area fragrance sixth grade 12 weeks of volleyball teaching activity. This paper analyzes whether there are differences between the step-based teaching method and the traditional teaching method in improving students' physical quality, volleyball technology and PE learning interest, analyzes the experimental test results, discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the step-based teaching method, and provides certain reference for the volleyball teaching in the sixth grade of primary school.Through the research, the following conclusions are finally drawn:(1)the volleyball techniques, after 12 weeks of teaching experimental intervention, this study constructed the stepwise method is more advantageous to improve the students' volleyball skills, both hands in front of ball, positive result to serve and appeared significant difference in the skills assessment test, which means that the stepwise method as practitioners of the theory of "according to their aptitude",can effectively promote the teaching quality of volleyball.(2)In terms of interest in volleyball, the implementation of step-based teaching method in elementary school volleyball teaching activities, compared with traditional teaching method, can effectively improve students' interest in volleyball learning. The experimental class significantly reduces the negativity of learning, and improves students' enthusiasm, participation in sports and attention to volleyball.(3)In terms of physical fitness, there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class, but there was a significant difference in the longitudinal paired sample T-test comparison, indicating that both teaching methods could improve students' own quality, which may be related to the short period of this experiment.(4)The step-based teaching method has been recognized and recognized by most students, and they hope to continue to use this teaching method in PE.
