In my rural country,the phenomenon of "intergenerational guardianship" where grandparents take care of children is very common.Inter-generational guardians are generally older,weaker in safety awareness,and not synchronized with the times,so that inter-generational guardians cannot take care of left-behind children well and comprehensively,resulting in problems such as incomplete guardianship and poor emotional communication among children.It is really necessary to explore and study the improvement of the guardianship ability of the guardians of the left-behind children in rural areas.This study uses case study methods to investigate the guardianship capabilities of the inter-generational guardians of left-behind children in C Village,Lankao County,Henan Province,and finds that inter-generational guardians have influences such as spoiling and indulging left-behind children,outdated concepts,poor communication,and neglect of safety.The issue of inter-generation monitoring ability and the healthy growth of left-behind children.These problems are mainly caused by the lack of correct education and communication methods for inter-generational guardians,poor resource utilization,and family structure imbalance.The research follows the need-based principle,based on the dilemma and needs of the guardianship of the guardians of left-behind children in rural areas,and based on the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of social work intervention,the introduction of the professional concept of social workers to help others and group work methods are based on the ecosystem.Guided by theory and social learning theory,we have carried out 13-section group work in four units,including improving the guardian cognition of inter-generational guardians,the ability of safe guarding,the ability of emotional transmission,and the ability of education and guardianship.The homework should be properly reserved according to the group content.Changes in team members.And in the social worker intervention service,actively communicate with the community,and set up a guardianship knowledge learning column.Finally,the research was evaluated from three aspects: the scheme design,service process and effectiveness.Research has proved that with cognitive behavior theory and social learning theory as practical guidance,group work methods are used to focus on leading inter-generational guardians with common needs to observe and learn inter-generational guardianship knowledge and guardianship behaviors,and then transform them into their own behaviors and strengthen and consolidate their own behaviors.Some good changes can directly promote the improvement of the guardianship ability of the guardian of the next generation;according to the ecological system theory,guide the individuals,families,communities,children's schools,social organizations and other parties at the micro and meso system level of the guardians of the generations to cooperate.,The formation of a mutual guardianship team can effectively promote the improvement of the guardianship ability of inter-generational guardians from the side.
