Wu Jingxian(1910-1997),a well-known scholar.He had made achievements in library science research,Hui science research,nationalist history and middle school history education.This article revealed Wu Jingxian's harvest,seeked the historical and pedagogical origins of Wu Jingxian's historical education thought,analyzes the meaning and understands the status and worth,and get inspired.Wu Jingxian was important for the restoration and development of history teaching after the "Cultural Revolution".Wu Jingxian proposed that the purpose of history education is to "learn from experience and conduct ideological education",and sum up five historical teaching tasks.He began to pay attention to improving students' intelligence in history class,and listed it as the teaching task of middle school history.It broke through the educational goal of "double basic" at that time and caused extensive discussion in the academic circle.Wu Jingxian proposed to combine theory with practice to train middle school history teachers with comprehensive qualities.Wu Jingxian attaches great importance to the pre-class preparation of history teachers,and believes that teachers must sort out teaching materials,investigate academic conditions and formulate plans.Lesson plan is to grasp the status of teaching content in the historical system,clarify teaching tasks,and choose teaching methods.Among them,Wu Jingxian put forward teaching principles that explain history and other historical disciplines in chronological order.Wu Jingxian recognitioned the relationship between teaching and learning.He summarized the history learning process.After more than 50 years of research in history and pedagogy,Wu Jingxian's educational thoughts attach importance to the ideological education of history,especially the patriotic education of students,and the affection participation of teachers and students.Wu Jingxian's thoughts gear up the training of teachers in normal universities and theoretically promoted the transformation of history teaching to a more scientific history pedagogy.It not only promoted the establishment of a scientific history education system at the time,but also contributed to the current education reform.Those thouhghts are still revelatory for education refoem.
