Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to emotion as the operation object,including the operation ability of emotional self ability and the operation of the emotions of others.The theory of emotional intelligence has expanded the scope of traditional intelligence, provides a new perspective for our country to carry out the quality education. Education is a process full of emotion. The political class as a moral education course, need more should pay more attention to the emotion management in the teaching process, so as to give full play to the role of teachers in a leading role and students. But the reality is that in the background of exam oriented education, politics teaching us to knowledge transmission, on the teachers’and students’emotional intelligence from lack of attention. This not only violates the essence of education, also lead to political class did not play its due function of educating, In this paper, from the high school politics classroom lack the emotional intelligence theory to guide the main problems and reasons, intelligence theory to guide the thought political lesson teaching practice exploration, emotional and intellectual thought to guide the ideological and political course effect and thinking etc., to be intelligence theory to ideological and political teaching exploration and Reflection on the related.
