During junior high school,“ Morality and rule of law ” is regarded as an activity-based comprehensive course,specially designing for modern middle school students.The course integrates students' real life into textbooks and teaching materials,and is committed to cultivating their good moral conduct and stimulating their love for life.However,it is undeniable that there are still strong theoretical and abstract concepts and contents in the new textbook,which makes it not easy to understand.Except that,the course interest development of the students in this period is prevented due to the limitations by the traditional teaching philosophy and teaching mode of the teacher.Thus,it not only has a great impact on the real teaching effect,but also influences the moral education function and its effect.How to change this situation is the focus of all "morality and rule of law" teachers.There are five schools in Nanchong City of Sichuan Province being selected as an example,and they will have a general idea about the current situation and come up with some measures about students' interest in studying "morality and rule of law" during middle school.The first part introduces the background,significance,research review,research concepts,ways to solve the problem,key points,new ideas and disadvantages.The following part is about the concepts and theories,which not only contains the concepts of junior high school students,learning interest,learning interest in morality and rule of law,but also the theory of educational purpose and motivational psychology.The aim of this part is to show the theoretical support for the paper.The third part is about the current situation.Taking five schools in Nanchong as samples,this paper is going to explore the efficiency and the problems through questionnaires or others.The fourth part is about the reasons for the problems appeared in the third part:First and foremost,some students' own cognitive level and knowledge reserve are insufficient;secondly,the methods which can stimulate students' interest in learning are lacked.In the third place,the evaluation method is practical and simple;In the forth part,the education influence is not coherent and inconsistent from family,school,society and other aspects.In the fifth part,the measures should be came up with in order to stimulate students' interest in learning "morality and rule of law" due to the problems and causes.First and foremost,schools should be aware of the importance of ideological and political subject: Then,the status of subject about "morality and the rule of law" ought to be improved;secondly,maintaining the coherence and consistency of the educational influence of all parties in the family,school and society;Furthermore,the construction of “morality and rule of law”teaching staff should be standardized.Except that,optimizing teaching evaluation mechanism.Secondly,a good classroom of "morality and rule of law" should be built by teachers based on students' reality:firstly,selecting typical cases to inspire students' self-education consciousness combined with students' reality;In addition,it is preferred if a relaxing atmosphere is created to encourage the involvement of the students.Furthermore,it is also a good idea to improve the personality charm to attract the students.Last but not least,the learning concepts should be adjusted,and learning autonomy should be raised by students.First and foremost,recognizing the role of "morality and rule of law" course and adjusting their learning attitude;Secondly,clarifying the learning objectives of "morality and the rule of law" course and establishing self-confidence in learning;Then believing in the “morality and rule of law”course's teachers and cherish their efforts;finally,observing the actual life carefully and be willing to ask questions.The paper focuses on the problems existing in the current situation of junior high school students' learning interest in the“morality and rule of law”,and discusses how to stimulate their learning interest by school,teachers,and themselves.It is expected to provide some references for optimizing the teaching work of this subject in the future,and finally promote students' moral and legal literacy.
