| Kindergarten principal is the backbone of kindergarten teachers and the reliable guarantee of the quality of preschool education.As a kindergarten manager,educator and leader,the professional quality of the principal not only directly affects the future development of the kindergarten,but also indirectly affects the moral cultivation and professional level of preschool teachers.Therefore,the importance of the professional quality of the principal can be seen.As the kindergarten principal not only plays multiple roles,but also the "head" of the kindergarten,plays an important role.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to discuss the related problems of the development of principals’ professional quality.Based on the perspective of case study,the purpose of this study is to show the complete professional development process of individual principals and the real reality in a three-dimensional way,and strive to provide reference for the growth and development of principals and teachers in other kindergartens.This research adopts qualitative research method and selects three kindergarten principals as the research object.It mainly sorts out and interprets the professional quality development process of the three principals through structured interviews,observation and object collection methods.The research is mainly carried out in three stages: the preparation stage,the post-entry adaptation stage and the growth stage.On this basis,the influencing factors of the development of principals’ professional literacy are analyzed.The research finds that the influencing factors of the development of principals’ professional literacy can be divided into internal factors and external factors.The first is internal factors: good self-cultivation,focus on self-growth and firm educational belief and educational pursuit;Second,external factors: the help of important others,the influence of family,environmental factors,professional background and knowledge structure on the development of professional literacy of principals.Finally,the enlightenment of the professional development of principals to peers is summarized.The first is to set up the idea of lifelong learning and strengthen the awareness ofself-development.The second is to shape the personality charm,to cultivate people;Thirdly,it is a way to promote development by scientific research and create teachers’ professional quality. |
