| In recent years,because our country and all walks of life have paid great attention to the preschool education,it has developed quickly.As the leader and bearer of the development of preschool education,the principal of the kindergarten plays an important role in the overall development of preschool education.Besides,“Professional Standards for Kindergarten Principle” in 2015 and the “Working Regulations for Kindergartens” in 2016 define the role of the principle of the kindergarten as a professional who lead and manage the kindergarten.It can be seen that as the core figure of the kindergarten,the principle of the kindergarten needs to fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of different roles.At the same time,it plays a significant role in the overall planning,development and demonstration of the kindergarten.Based on this,we need to understand the role of the principle in practice,and analyze its unique role to promote the development of the principle and the kindergarten.In other words,it has important implications for the overall preschool education in Ruicheng.The author has had an internship experience in W kindergarten in Ruicheng and has a good understanding of the working status of the principle of the kindergarten.The kindergarten is involved in preschool education reform and development experimental area,and is responsible for providing experience and guidance for other parts of the country.In this context,the role of principle in W is typical to some extent.Therefore,this study focuses on the role of the principle of the kindergarten W,mainly using observation and interview to study the principle of the kindergarten.Through the research on the role performance of the kindergarten principal,it is found that the kindergarten principal plays the role of administrator in optimizing internal management and adjusting external environment;leader in planning kindergartendevelopment and creating nurturing culture;educator who leads nurturing education and teacher growth;server who assists teachers,parents and social personages;learner who promotes self-improvement and education level;and Professionals with relevant knowledge and competence play six main roles.Further,through the study of the relationship between kindergarten principal roles,it is found that kindergarten principal roles have the relationship of role fusion and role conflict,and the fusion relationship between roles is embodied in the fusion of real roles and ideal roles of kindergarten principal,the integration of real roles is the integration of the roles of a good director and a good mother,the integration of servers and learners,and the integration of experts and scholars;the integration of ideal roles includes the integration of professional and expert roles,the integration of managers and researchers,and the integration of practitioners and innovators.The conflicts among kindergarten principal roles are manifested in the conflicts within roles,between roles and outside roles.The internal conflict of roles is the role conflict of managers,leaders and educators.The conflict between roles is the conflict between managers and educators,and between managers and leaders.External role conflict is the role conflict between kindergarten principals and their superiors and between kindergarten principals and parents.Subsequently,the researcher analyzed the reasons from two aspects,and puts forward suggestions to improve the role-playing ability of kindergarten principals from the perspectives of kindergarten principals themselves and externally,that is,kindergarten principals themselves need to enhance their role cognitive ability and work adaptability,and at the same time,external needs to increase guidance and support for kindergarten principals,improve their role expectations for kindergarten principals,and build up their role-playing ability,reasonable evaluation of kindergarten principal role. |
