Example education has been available since ancient times,and it has made great contributions to national education.The selection of examples,establishment,publicity of multiple steps in the imperceptible change of human behavior.At present,China has entered the new development orientation of the new era,especially the power of example cannot be ignored.Inspired by the power of example,it has contributed a lot to the pace of accelerating the construction of a socialist moral system.And with the help of the example power can guide the behavior of high school students,to shape the high spirit of contemporary high school students.This paper uses the application of model education in high school with literature research and questionnaire method,combines the literature of high school model education and recycling questionnaires,and analyzes the current situation and causes of problems.On this basis,we hope to provide some countermeasures for improving the effectiveness of high school model education.The article mainly includes four parts.The first part introduces the research background of the application of the current high school model education.In the middle school stage,the model education model law should be integrated into the whole process of high school moral education,and a more comprehensive and simple way should arouse the empathy of high school students for the model figures at all levels of society,rather than only limited to the middle school political classroom.At the same time,The Times are changing with each passing day,multiple factors influence the change of the family education environment in social schools,and many problems appear in the practical implementation process of high school model education.Therefore,discovering the problem and finding solutions is the focus of this research.The second part,first,defines the connotation of model education and its value of The Times.Secondly,the theoretical basis of example education is elaborated from the thought of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,Marxism and the guidance of the Communist Party of China.Finally,from the perspective of following the historical education policy of the Communist Party of China,the training goal of high school students and the personal development of high school students should promote the effectiveness of the model education.The third part,combined with the recycling questionnaire,analyzed the current situation of high school model education and the causes of the problems.First of all,the achievements of the current Chinese high school model education have been affirmed.Secondly,the problem mainly focuses on the social environment,middle school atmosphere,family education means,high school students themselves and other aspects.Finally,explore the realistic and objective reasons of the above problems and the subjective reasons of the high school students themselves.The fourth part is proposed to improve the effectiveness of middle school model education in the new era.On the one hand,deepen social responsibility to provide a good social environment for the development of middle school model education.On the other hand,according to the respective characteristics of middle school,family and high school students,the cooperative cooperation between the subjects and objects of middle school model education is realized.In the process of studying high school model education,the current current situation,existing problems and causes,and corresponding solutions are summarized.In the process of training high school students,we should continue to pay attention to the application of example education,in order to realize the current fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue,and cultivate outstanding talents who devote themselves to the socialist modernization construction.
