In the background of the New Era,China has launched the biggest and most thorough reform of the college entrance examination system since the recovery of the college entrance examination,and formed a college entrance examination enrollment mode of classified examination,comprehensive evaluation and multiple admission,and improved the college entrance examination enrollment system mechanism of promoting fairness,scientific talent selection and strong supervision.In order to cope with the changes brought about by the new college entrance examination reform,ordinary high schools have made corresponding adjustments in teaching and management,among which the class-selection system is just to cope with the teaching organization form adopted by the new college entrance examination reform in high schools.This study takes the students,teachers and school administrators of ordinary high schools in Southwest Shandong Province as the research objects.Through the questionnaire survey of students and the interview records of teachers and school administrators,the purpose is to study the current situation of class-selection system in Senior High Schools under the new college entrance examination,and to explore the cognition and attitudes of students,teachers and school administrators towards the class-selection system in senior high schools during the implementation process and then find out the problems and put forward the methods and strategies to solve them.Based on the background of the new college entrance examination,this study mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview methods and so on.,the concrete content is as follows:First,implementation Plan for the new college entrance examination.It mainly expounds the changes of the new college entrance examination from two aspects of the new college entrance examination policy interpretation and the implementation plan of the new college entrance examination in Shandong Province,as well as the measures adopted by Shandong Province to cope with the new college entrance examination,and provides the policy support and basis for the reform of high school education.Second,the investigation of the current situation of the implementation of the class-selection system in the southwest of Shandong Province.It mainly about a survey of the current situation of the class-selection system in five ordinary high schools in Southwest Shandong Province.Through the questionnaire survey of students and the interview records of teachers and school administrators,we can understand students' cognition of the new college entrance examination,students' course selection and class discipline;the teacher burden and teaching management after the students select their class;the change of teaching class and administrative class management,teacher and student evaluation in school management.Third,the problems and reasons of the high school class system.This part is from the students,teachers and school administrators to elaborate the problems and reasons.First of all,the students' aspects: the students' academic burden is heavier,the proportion of subjects is maladjusted and students need career planning education urgently;second,the teachers' problems aspects: the structural contradictions of teachers and the renewal of teachers' ideas;finally,the school management problems aspects: the order of school education management and the comprehensive evaluation of students.Fourth,the countermeasures and suggestions of the problem of class-selection system in senior high school.Based on the analysis of the problems,this part puts forward six measures:increasing the government's allocation of educational resources,exploring new channels for teacher development,guiding students' course selection,paying attention to students' career planning education,strengthening the collaborative management of administrative classes and teaching classes,and conducting comprehensive quality evaluation.The last part is the conclusion,summing up the deficiencies and needs to be improved in the investigation and interviews,and the implementation of the class-selection system of important values and significance of the outlook and thinking.
