A Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The New Class Selection System In Senior High School Under The Background Of The Reform Of The New College Entrance Examination

With the steady progress of the new round of college entrance examination reform,the new Class Selection System has become a new subject of school organization and management under the background of the new college entrance examination reform,which is the inevitable product of the new period of education reform.It is not only necessary for the reform of college entrance examination,but also requires the reform of school teaching management system,which has the significance and value of organizational management change,teaching organization mode change and talent training mode change,so it should be considered and discussed comprehensively and deeply.Based on the case of Yantai X Middle School in Shandong Province and problem-oriented,this study follows up and studies the implementation of elective courses in ordinary high schools,analyzes and summarizes the initial preparation,implementation steps,operation details,management practice and experience,records the main implementation process and effect,and provides direct support for the problems and suggestions,trying to explore the future development orientation of course selection and specific practical practices.By consulting the relevant academic materials and following up and investigating the course of selecting classes in X middle school,the author finds that the problems in selecting classes in ordinary high schools mainly focus on the shortage of hardware and software facilities,the development of school curriculum,the incomplete system,the management of education and teaching and students,the unbalanced overall structure and quality of teachers.To sum up the effective experience and put forward some thoughts,we can seek solutions from schools,teachers,students and so on.We should base ourselves on our school and take stock of the integration on the basis of deeply understanding the most essential meaning and value of choosing classes existing resources,formulate teaching management system adapted to the new college entrance examination,teaching support and guarantee system,establish teaching emergency mechanism,reform teaching organization mode,carry out career planning courses,strengthen teachers' professional ability training,etc.
