In April 2019,Hubei provincial government promulgated the implementation plan for the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination of Hubei province,which detailed the mode and course selection combination of the new college entrance examination reform of Hubei province.In this reform,chemistry were transformed from compulsory subject to optional one.Among 12 combinations,there are six for chemistry: physics + chemistry +(biology,geography and politics)and history + chemical +(biological,geographical and political).Hence,there are two kinds of classes.One is "selected test class",which takes chemistry as the subject of the college entrance examination.The other is "learning test class",which majors in chemistry just for high school graduate test.Corresponding to different requirements of the two classes,the study motivation of students and teachers' teaching strategies are quite different.Thus,topic on " Study on learning motivation and teaching strategies of chemistry under the background of new college entrance examination in Hubei province" was put forward to.The main research contents are summarized as follows:In terms of students,according to the theory of learning motivation,a questionnaire of "new college entrance examination,the motivation of students to learn chemistry and perceptions of teachers' teaching strategies",which was set as eight dimensions,was carried out in two kinds of classes in grade one S middle schools,H city,Hubei province." Selected test classes " are classes 3 and 8,while "learning test classes " are classes 4 and 7.By comparison the questionnaire results of the two kinds of classes,the students' motivation to learn chemistry as well as their views and expectations on the teaching strategies of chemistry teachers are obtained.In terms of teachers,a questionnaire of "views on the reform of the new college entrance examination,changes in teaching strategies and expectations" was also performed among chemical teachers on the front from seven different schools in fivecities of Hubei province.Two chemical teachers on the front in S middle schools,H city,Hubei province,who both taught "selective test class" and "learning test class" at the same time,were interviewed.Full course video of "silicon,the leading role of inorganic nonmetallic materials in nonmetallic compounds" from two chemical teachers was made,and their implementation of teachers' teaching strategies and students' learning motivation were researched at the same time.Finally,it is concluded that teachers' teaching strategies can affect students' learning motivation is obtained by analyzing the current status of learning motivation and teaching strategies of chemistry combined with the verification of course video.Based on the analysis of the current teaching strategies of chemical teachers under the new college entrance examination r eform in Hubei province,the teaching problems faced by chemical teachers are reached.In view of these problems,the author expounds the specific solutions from three aspects.From the social level:(1)I hope that the education department can publish the easily understanding version of reform policy,and publish the detailed curriculum standards of chemical subject of "selective examination class" and "academic examination class",respectively.(2)The government increase the employment rate of young chemical teachers and guide their career planning.From the school level:(1)provide learning opportunities;(2)adjust class hours according to the different class;(3)increase the opportunities of teaching and research;(4)add school-based research courses in chemistry;(5)provide opportunities and conditions for chemical experiments.From the teacher level:(1)communicate actively with students;(2)change teaching strategies;(3)learn lifelong;(4)reflect after-class. |
