Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Development Of Physical Education Between Primary Schools In Yuzhong District, Chongqing

Primary school Sport activities between classes is a diversified form of collective activities,which breaks the traditional sports development mode.It requires students to go out of the classroom,accompany with the sunshine and dance with the playground in a long break,so as to release the pressure of learning in time through physical exercise.Therefore,the development of primary school Sport activities between classes activities has a very important role,it can not only cultivate students' social skills,sense of teamwork,adjust the physical and mental state of primary school students;it can also enhance the understanding between teachers and students,create a soft and intimate relationship between teachers and students,and finally let teachers and students can enjoy the sunshine,enjoy the happiness and satisfaction brought by sports.With the continuous reform and development of basic education,people's awareness of Sport activities between classes activities is becoming stronger and stronger.In order to further promote Sport activities between classes activities to play its many functions in primary schools,this paper takes the current situation and Countermeasures of Sport activities between classes activities in primary schools in Yuzhong District of Chongqing as the main research content,and takes 28 primary schools in Yuzhong District as the case study objects.Based on the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,field survey,logical analysis,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper comprehensively combs and analyzes the current situation of Sport activities between classes in 28 primary schools in Yuzhong District.The results show that: 11.Most primary schools in Yuzhong District of Chongqing have regularly organized and implemented Sport activities between classes activities in accordance with the policy guidance of national sports power.The whole Sport activities between classes covers a wide range,rich in content and strong in stages.However,the hardware equipment,venues,teachers,forms and methods used in Sport activities between classes still need to be improved.2.The proportion of teachers and students in Yuzhong primary school is unbalanced.This imbalance is not only reflected in the number of teachers and students,but also reflected in the low level of physical education teachers,the lack of teachers,gender ratio deviation and so on.3.In the process of carrying out Sport activities between classes activities in Yuzhong District Primary School of Chongqing,there are some problems,such as lack of venues and equipment,lack of management personnel,confusion of management,lack of maintenance of equipment and so on,which not only affect the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in Sport activities between classes activities,but also bring security risks for the development of Sport activities between classes activities.4.Most of the primary schools in Yuzhong District lack of weekly and monthly evaluation system,lack of physical education consciousness of school education administrators,lack of perfect management mechanism and scientific evaluation mechanism in the process of carrying out Sport activities between classes activities.5.The primary school PE teachers in Yuzhong District of Chongqing are lack of motivation in the process of participating in the Sport activities between classes.This is because the PE teachers have no corresponding training and learning experience,and can not participate in the Sport activities between classes with confidence.At the same time,the school will not give extra overtime benefits to the PE teachers,and they need to bear the sports losses caused by the insufficient and old venues and equipment In the case of injury risk,physical education teachers naturally lack the initiative and enthusiasm to participate in the Sport activities between classes.6.Most primary school students in Yuzhong District of Chongqing have a better understanding of the importance of Sport activities between classes,but there are still a small number of students who think that Sport activities between classes is not important and do not want to participate in Sport activities between classes activities.The motivation of students to take the initiative to participate in Sport activities between classes is not very high,and there is a certain passivity in participating in Sport activities between classes.7.In Yuzhong District of Chongqing,there are a small number of teaching guides who do not pay attention to,do not participate in and ignore the Sport activities between classes activities.There is a lack of supervision,evaluation,reward and punishment mechanism in the Sport activities between classes,which makes the development of Sport activities between classes activities in some primary schools become a mere formality.Based on the problems existing in the process of primary school Sports activities between classes in Yuzhong District of Chongqing,this paper discusses how to strengthen the proportion of primary school physical education teachers and students in Yuzhong District of Chongqing,increase primary school physical education facilities and management personnel in Yuzhong District of Chongqing,enhance the motivation of Physical Education Teachers participating in physical education break in Yuzhong District of Chongqing,and attach importance to the interest of primary school physical education break activities in Yuzhong District of Chongqing This paper puts forward some improvement strategies from the aspects of taste,strengthening the attention of primary school administrators in Yuzhong District of Chongqing to the Sport activities between classes.In order to provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for primary schools in Yuzhong District of Chongqing to carry out Sport activities between classes activities.
