Research On The Strategy Of High Quality And Equilibrium Development Of Compulsory Education In Yuzhong District Of Chongqing

With the development of the economic society of China,the issue of education get more and more attention.Because of the development of economy and the increase of financial support from government,many provinces have formed abundant educational resources and the standards of education is getting better.Actually some economically developed region have initially realized compulsory education equilibrium development.Several years ago,the Ministry of Education proclaimed the outline of the national medium and long term educational reform and development plan(2010-2020 years),and promoted compulsory education equilibrium development as a strategic task to promote educational equity.The plan also proposes that improving the quality is the key of educational reform.Since the end of 1990 s,China has reached the goal of popularizing nine-year compulsory education basically,and our government puts more attention on the equilibrium,equity and high quality.Yuzhong District is the Central District of Chongqing,and it is center of finance,commerce and culture.YUzhong is also the developed area of basic education,which has plenty of educational resources.In November 2014,Yuzhong was identified as the Basic Equilibrium Zone of Compulsory Education Development by the Ministry of Education.And then,this district regarded improving the level of education and promote compulsory education equilibrium development as a important work.This paper decides take Yuzhong as a research object.This paper analyzes the study situation of educational equilibrium and quality both at home and abroad,and is based on the theory of public goods and education equity,analyzing the three stages of education development.This paper also gives a clear explanation of high quality equilibrium,which means pursuing high quality and high level of education.Based on the analyze,we can provide the theories foundation for the methods to promote compulsory education high quality equilibrium development.This paper also analyzes the situation and problems of the compulsory education of Yuzhong through taking the method of interview and so on.At last,the author proposes overall thought,target and method to promote Yuzhong compulsory education high quality equilibrium development.
