Analysis And Countermeasure Of The Current Situation Of Physical Education After-School Community In Bishan District Primary School,Chongqing

Primary school stage is an important period to develop pupils’ interests and hobbies,as well as a golden period to cultivate students’ good sports habits.Schools should pay attention to students’ cultural and knowledge learning at this stage,and also pay attention to the development of students’ sports clubs after class.It is necessary to know that a healthy body is the basis for all other activities.Therefore,it is necessary to develop other qualities of students on the basis of paying attention to their physical health and to truly promote their all-round development.In this article,through questionnaire survey,understand the city of chongqing bishan district elementary school sport the present situation of the community,through the data collection and analysis,explore the bishan district urban elementary school sports after school all kinds of problems of the community,and on this basis,actively explore the reasons behind the problems,aiming at all kinds of problems and the reasons,put forward the scientific and feasible,targeted countermeasures,To improve the overall level of after-school sports associations in urban primary schools.In this paper,9 P.E.team leaders,80 P.E.teachers and 90 students participating in after-school clubs were investigated by using the questionnaire method.Through data collation and analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:The gender composition ratio of PE teachers in urban primary schools in Bishan District of Chongqing City is not reasonable,there are too few female PE teachers,the age structure of teachers needs to be optimized,and there is a lack of experienced old teachers.The teacher training system is not perfect;A lot of sports teachers association allowance is not good,leading to work passion is not high.In terms of after-school sports items,it is indeed diversified for Bishan District of Chongqing,but specific to a school,after-school sports club items will be a little monotonous,which is not conducive to the overall improvement of the overall students’ physical literacy in Bishan District of Chongqing.Focusing on the school level,some school leaders need to further improve the importance of students’ after-school sports associations,the management mechanism of after-school sports associations should also be further improved,the source of relevant funds is relatively single,and the use of these funds also needs to be improved.For parents,most of the students’ parents to the child to the sport club is support,but we are still some parents worry about the after school club will hold up their children to study,concerned about their children were injured in the process of corporate training,etc.,so the condition of the support is not enough,the school should strengthen the family school produced,maximum limit for support on students’ parents.At present,the effectiveness of after-school sports associations in most schools is mostly evaluated by participating in competitions.This evaluation system is single,which leads to many students participating in after-school sports associations just to participate in competitions and win awards,but they do not really like it,which is not conducive to effectively improving the motivation of students’ sports training.Therefore,each school also needs to further improve the training evaluation system of participating students according to the actual situation of their own students,and stimulate the internal motivation of students to participate in extracurricular sports associations.According to the above situation,this article through the analysis of the science and practice,has obtained the certain effect,puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures: improve school attaches great importance to the degree,and improve the mechanism of school management,expand the channels of raising funds,optimizing the movement project layout,improve the teachers’ training mechanism,establish effective encouraging mechanism,to earnestly implement the produced,perfecting corporate training evaluation system.It has made a certain contribution to strengthening the training level of after-class sports associations in primary schools of Bishan District,Chongqing City and improving the physical quality of students.
