Research On Operation Process Optimization Of M Company's Production-education Integration Project

Under the influence and advocacy of national macro policies,the integration of industry and education in vocational education has achieved rapid development,which has laid a good foundation for the smooth implementation of the integration of industry and education projects.Various industries actively explore the operation of industry-education integration type projects,but based on the special and comprehensive nature of the operation of industry-education integration projects,the operation of industry-education integration projects still faces many problems.In this paper,we use SIPOC,PDCA,literature research method,case study method and other relevant theoretical methods to analyze the current situation of the operation process of the integration project and propose an optimization plan.The research results show that the operation process of M’s education and industry integration project has problems such as unstable project supply,low execution of project specialists,and poor project output qualification rate.In response to the problems,we propose measures to optimize the project supply,project execution,project output and guarantee the optimization plan of the operation process.By optimizing the operation process of the industry-education integration project,we identify and focus on the biggest operation process improvement to ensure the maximum utilization of the organization’s resources.The PDCA cycle promotes continuous improvement of the project operation process to enhance the profitability and talent training quality of the industry-education integration project,promote employment,solve employment,and serve regional economic development.Through the study,we know that SPIOC model The close combination of SPIOC model and PDCA cycle can be applied to the operation process optimization of the integration of industry-education project,and the continuous optimization of the operation process can maintain continuous improvement.It can effectively solve the problems of M’s operation process,and has reference value for similar enterprises.
