With the continuous development of our country's economy,and the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country through talents,high-level talents have increasingly become the backbone of social construction.Graduate education,as a window for exporting high-level talents,has gradually become an important link in higher education.and the Ministry of Education has repeatedly raised the need to improve postgraduate education Quality and strengthening the management of the education process are important places in higher education.However,in the current postgraduate education,the problem of learning management has become a very prominent and concerned content,especially for graduate students in the study without goals or objectives,the management slackening phenomenon is more serious,the management of graduate study needs to be optimized.This article uses the theory of process management and comprehensive incentive theory as its theoretical basis,analysis framework and solutions,to analyze the problems existing in the academic process of academic graduate student management in nanning's universities.This study conducted a questionnaire survey of postgraduate students from universities such as Guangxi University,Guangxi University for Nationalities,and Guangxi Teachers Education University.At the same time,the author conducts a qualitative study of six students from different majors in different colleges.Through these,understanding the problems existing in the management of academic postgraduate study in some colleges and universities in Guangxi.This paper uses PDCA cycle to divide graduate student learning process management into learning planning phase,learning implementation phase,learning detection phase and learning improvement phase.It uses comprehensive incentive theory to analyze and propose optimization strategies for graduate student learning process management at all stages,and provides a new management idea for the management of academic postgraduate learning process in China.
