| My country’s education and training industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Many education and training companies have emerged in the education and training market,and the scale of the company is also growing.The customers of education and training are not only K12 stage cultural courses,but also cover a variety of vocational skills training and education.In terms of artistic specialties,the huge education and training market has a huge demand for teachers,and the results of education and training have a profound impact on the development of national talents and the improvement of employment quality.With the swift development of training and education companies,human resource management,especially performance management,is generally easily ignored by companies and employees.Currently,there are few discussions on the teachers’ performance management in the education and training industry.In order to solve the problem of imperfect performance management of local branches,this thesis takes XD Education Zhengzhou Branch as an example to study the performance management methods of small and medium-sized education and training companies.XD Company is a leading enterprise in my country’s education and training industry,but due to economic development and regional factors,there is an unbalanced development.Education dividends in recent years have made XD Company grow rapidly,but affected by the "double reduction" policy,the company has to carry out certain strategic transformation from the headquarters to each branch,and the optimization of performance management is also essential.Among the six sections of human resource management,performance management is closely related to the other five modules and is a crucial module in human resource management.This thesis takes the performance management system of XD company teachers as the research object.First,it utilizes the document research means to deeply study the theoretical knowledge of performance management and performance management optimization methods,which provides rich theoretical support for this paper.Conduct a preliminary investigation on the performance management of teachers,and conduct interviews with teachers in different positions and ranks again to gain an in-depth understanding of the teachers’ implementation of the company’s current performance management;after completing the above survey,analyze and summarize the current problems in the performance management system of teachers and employees of XD branch and the reasons for these problems;finally,according to the company’s current performance management implementation status and PDCA model theory,From the following four dimensions: performance planning and goal setting,performance execution link,performance inspection,performance processing process to optimize and enhance XD branch’s teacher performance management system;in addition to organization,training and human resources Develop corresponding safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of all aspects of performance management.The goal of this thesis is to study the teacher performance management system in the education and training industry..It is hoped that after optimizing the current performance management system,the company can strengthen management efficiency and promote a modern performance management system that promotes the simultaneous development of talents and enterprises.It offers a consult for the optimization plan of the teacher performance management system in the training profession. |
