As a rapidly developing field in recent years,MOOC production industry has a smooth market prospect relying on the support of national policies and the introduction of relevant systems.However,due to the relatively low industry barriers in MOOC production industry and the continuous emergence of similar competitors,X company studied in this paper needs to better improve its business operation and management level,so as to remain invincible in the competition.Based on the objective reality of MOOC production industry and combined with relevant theories such as project management,this paper analyzes the current operation and management of MOOC production business of X company by using the methods of business process reengineering,organizational structure remodeling and informatization,and combs out the problems of project process confusion,multiple management poor communication channels and other problems.The main reasons are the lack of matching organizational structure,slow renewal of project management model,lack of overall system formulation and so on.Based on the above problems,this paper determines to take the project process as the main line,reengineer the new MOOC production project process,optimize the original organizational structure,establish a delivery and acceptance system,build an information management platform,and establish a scientific,reasonable and efficient business operation management mode.Finally,the effectiveness of the optimized and improved project management is analyzed and compared with that before,and the feasibility of the optimization scheme is demonstrated from the aspects of project operation efficiency and personnel cost control.
