| With the continuous progress and development of medical level,the cure rate of leukemia has reached 80 percent.In the context of higher medical standards,the quality of life of leukemia patients has been paid attention to by more medical workers and social workers.In addition,in the leukemia population,children become a high incidence of the population,accounting for relatively large.Therefore,this study selected the group as the research object,and under the perspective of life quality,focus on one of these dimensions,namely social interactions,using a questionnaire for X city children’s hospital of leukemia children with life quality and social skills present situation investigation,after analysis to formulate corresponding group intervention,so as to improve the social ability of children with leukemia by intervention,to demonstrate the effectiveness of the intervention method.In this study,in the investigation phase of the social needs and status of children with leukemia,the quality of life scale and the social scale were used to investigate 42 hospitalized children and 20 participants in activities.The survey results of the Quality of Life Scale show that physiology,psychology,and social interaction are the three areas that children with leukemia need the most attention.Based on their physical and mental conditions,more professional doctors and psychotherapists are required to intervene.Children’s social needs and further analysis of their social status.When using the social scale for further analysis,the results showed that the overall social ability of leukemia children was at a moderately low level,and the scores were significantly lower in active expression and acceptance of peers,and performance in new collective integration and social behavior learning It is more difficult for boys than for girls.Based on the baseline data of the above questionnaire,the author designed 6 group activities and conducted interventions for children with leukemia from the perspective of quality of life and according to different dimensions of the social field.After the intervention,quantitative and qualitative analysis methods were used to test the effect of the intervention.In the quantitative aspect,the experimental group and the control group are tested before and after,and the difference analysis of the scale data before and after the test is carried out;the qualitative aspect is conducted by means of interviews and group satisfaction surveys.The final conclusion is as follows: After the intervention,the social skills of children with leukemia who continue to participate in activities have been significantly improved,and most of the children have also improved to a certain extent,and the degree of change in social behavior patterns and interpersonal cognition is the most significant.Therefore,the social skills improvement intervention group can help improve the social skills of children with leukemia.The good intervention effect has been initially verified,and it has certain promotion significance. |
