Case-intervention Study Of "Tree Hole Rescue Team" Online Life-rescuing Operations

The "Tree Hole Rescue Team" is a non-governmental intelligent public interest group.By using artificial intelligence and big data,it can identify high-risk individuals on the network platform who are world-weary and intend to perform extreme behaviors,then team members will carry out online life-rescuing operations.As the team developed,the combined humancomputer rescuing model that it relies on has gradually exposed a series of problems,such as the lack of professionalism of the members.Besides,the social work has progressively shown the unique advantage of its participation in online life-rescuing operations of "Tree Hole Rescue Team".This paper focused on the social work participation in the online life-rescuing operation of "Tree Hole Rescue Team".Under the team operation,the professional skills of social work were used to conduct a case study of the online life-rescuing on high-risk individuals on online social media.Through the method of case study and in-depth interviews,the "push and pull theory" was used as the underlying logic of intervention.The working methods and techniques of crisis intervention were used to examine the psychological and emotional state,the crisis transformation process of a high-risk individual "G" in an online life-rescuing operation.Based on this,this research aims to explore the optimal combination of social work and the rescuing model of "Tree Hole Rescue Team" in practice,trying to explore and build an appropriate professional role for social work professionals participating in online public interest groups such as "Tree Hole Rescue Team".This paper summarizes the relevant experience on the basis of practice as follows: First,the participation of social work can provide valuable addition to online life-rescuing operations.Second,the various links of online life-rescuing need to be efficiently and orderly connected.Third,online life-rescuing operations need to focus on the client’s experience and subjective feelings.Finally,this paper reflects on the rescuing process and believes that in the process of online life-rescuing,social workers should be careful about the ethical issues involved,rationally position their roles and functions,and relevant government executive departments should provide necessary support for such non-governmental life-rescuing operations.
