With the development of globalization,Chinese traditional culture has been subjected to the impact and influence of foreign cultures in the context of the mutual turbulence of cultures of various countries.Animations from Japan,Europe and the United States have also continued to occupy my country's television,conveying foreign cultures and ideas that are both good and bad.This has led to a reduction in the national cultural cognition and identity of Chinese teenagers.Animation has a strong audiovisual nature.Because of its ups and downs plot and wild imagination,it is deeply loved by young people and is the most popular art form for them.The "Chinese School" animation is rooted in the soil of traditional Chinese culture,and has formed its own unique art system with distinctive national characteristics and distinctive artistic styles.It contains precious cultural heritage and humanistic connotation.It is not only a rare artistic treasure of Chinese art,but also one of the important ways to strengthen traditional Chinese cultural education.However,its educational value has not yet been fully understood and utilized.Even under the agitation of foreign culture,the "Chinese School" animation has gradually disappeared from the vision of contemporary young people.Therefore,this article analyzes the characteristics of the "Chinese School" animation and combines the relevant theories of pedagogy and psychology to deeply explore the educational value of the "Chinese School" animation.The research results show that the "Chinese School" animation can stimulate students' interest in learning in an entertaining way,meet students' entertainment needs,enrich students' artistic perception,and improve students' cognition of traditional aesthetics.It can also enhance students' sense of national cultural identity in a subtle way,cultivate students' traditional virtues,and promote students to form correct worldviews,outlooks on life and values,which has important educational value.At the same time,the author also took the two lessons of "Animation with Rich Form and Content" and "Creative Characters" as examples for teaching design,launched teaching practice,tested its feasibility in practice,and explored the application of "Chinese School" animation to the specific path of the junior high school art classroom.It is hoped that this artistic treasure can return to the vision of contemporary young people and truly realize its educational value.
