In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the problem of the enrollment pressure of children in the transition period from kindergarten to primary school at home and abroad. As an important part of basic education, the transition from kindergarten to primary school is the initial stage of school education. At this stage, children’s school pressure will not only affect children’s school adaptability in future, but also affect children’s academic achievement.Previous studies on the transition period from kindergarten to primary mainly focused on curriculum, sources of stress and so on,but rarely focused on the parenting behavior.Family is the most closely connected environment with children’s growth. As an important part of the family, the parenting behavior of parents and their parent-child relationship with their children will have an important impact on the pressure of children’s enrollment in the transition stage. Therefore, this study takes the children in the transition stage as the main research object, aims to explore the specific relationship between the level of mindful parenting,parent-child relationship and children’s enrollment pressure, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the level of mindful parenting, improving parent-child relationship and alleviating children’s enrollment pressure in the transition stage.A total of 704 children and their parents from five kindergartens in Nanchang and Shangqiu were selected as subjects in this study.Data were collected by literature review and questionnaire survey, then the status quo of parents’ mindfulness education level,parent-child relationship and children’s enrollment pressure in the transition stage and the relationship among them were analyzed and the corresponding education suggestions were put forward. After data processing and analysis, the main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.The problem of schooling pressure for children in the early stage of convergence is widespread, and it is at the upper-middle level.2.Parents’ level of mindfulness education is significantly negatively correlated with the school pressure of children at the early stage of convergence, positively correlated with intimate parent-child relationships, and negatively correlated with conflict-type and dependent parent-child relationships.3.The school pressure of children in the early transition stage is negatively correlated with intimate parent-child relationships, and positively correlated with conflict-type parent-child relationships and dependent parent-child relationships.4.Intimate parent-child relationship, conflict parent-child relationship and dependent parent-child relationship play an intermediary role between mindfulness education and the pressure of children’s enrollment at the stage of early transition.According to the results of this study, parents can reduce the school pressure of children at the early stage by strengthening the learning and application of mindfulness education. In addition, they can also improve the parent-child relationship by improving the mindful parenting education level to reduce the school pressure of children at the transition period from kindergarten to primary school. Finally, parents and teachers should pay attention to children’s mental health, improve children’s ability to withstand stress, and create a good environment for the smooth transition of children in the transition stage.
