Research On The Predicament Of Social Work Intervening In Community Correction In Rural Areas

\With the continuous deepening and development of community corrections in rural areas,the importance and role of social work intervention has become more and more prominent,not only receiving attention from governments at all levels,but also from the theoretical community.Community corrections work has been continuously developed and gradually improved since the local pilot project in 2003 to the nationwide promotion.However,at present,due to various constraints,the intervention of social work in rural community corrections is still in the advancing stage.During the intervention process,social work has encountered many internal and external conflicts and problems,which have not been effectively resolved,leading to social workers’ intervention in the work frequently get into trouble.In response to the predicament of social work intervention in rural community corrections,based on the practice of social work intervention,starting from a Strength Perspective,combining social support theory,using case work methods,taking community correction object H in M ??Township,E City,Hainan Province as an example,From to the correct object H themselves,family and community resources in three aspects: the perspective of social work intervention,to sum up,analysis and assessment of the social work intervention in the rural community correction carried on summary,analysis and explore problems,find the cause of the trouble,puts forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions to resolve difficulties.hoping to find the right path of social work intervention,which will bring useful enlightenment for local governments and social organizations at all levels to participate in rural community correction work,and provide a valuable reference for future social work to better involve in the theoretical research of rural community correction work and help.
