Due to various kinds of subjective and objective factors such as family poverty,family structure,family wrong values and bad customs,personality intergenerational,leading to poor families teenagers lack of correct interpersonal communication knowledge,coupled with the lack of interpersonal ability to improve the lack of education content and the lack of education methods,social attention to poor youth relationships and interpersonal communication,make weak interpersonal communication ability of poor families.A considerable number of poor teenagers,including anxiety,worry,irritability,timidity,tension,inferiority and inferiority;disrespectful arrogance,idleness,fighting,bullying and other bad communication behaviors;wrong communication skills that do not understand etiquette,violent confrontation,export bad words,trick others to gain attention.Young people from poor families are not active to participate in activities and do not willing to change their communication status and relationship with others around them,which is not only detrimental to the growth of individuals and families,but also affects the health and development of the whole social relationship.It is understood that the relevant documents related to the improvement of interpersonal communication ability at home and abroad are mainly focused on psychology and education,and most of which stay at the theoretical level.Therefore,this study hopes to promote the formation of a harmonious interpersonal relationship and a benign interaction relationship between teenagers from poor families and others around them through social work practice intervention,so as to help teenagers from poor families to improve their interpersonal communication ability.This study mainly uses the group working method.Relying on the H social work service institution in Huangpu District,Guangzhou,it selects group members among 8~14 years old teenagers with poor families and interpersonal problems,and carries out group activities with the theme of "Youth not alone" interpersonal communication ability improvement.Before the group,this research refers to the youth interpersonal ability to improve the questionnaire,according to the group members age,living environment,from multiple dimensions,prepare the poor family youth interpersonal ability questionnaire,and to the problems existing in the interpersonal communication before and after the measurement and analysis.This study combined with the experience of frontline social workers selected group members,designed "ice breaking interaction,familiar you and me","deepen impression,bosom company","management emotions,not hurt others","good skills,transposition thinking","tear off the label,open heart","learn to praise,youth have you" the six group tasks,practical intervention,to achieve the purpose of improving the interpersonal ability of team members.The intervention of social workers mainly focuses on the benefits at the practical level,and cultivates the skills and ability of teenagers from poor families to deal with the practical problems of interpersonal communication.Teenagers from poor families can have good interpersonal skills by improving capacity,changing personal behavior,and improving their surrounding environment.
