With the development of social economy, the gap between the rich and the poor is more and more big. The number of poor families in the cities also increased, child poverty in urban community usually easy by temptations from various aspects, discrimination, how to make them live confidently in the community, social, is worthy of our social workers to think.When entering a community survey of all the poor children demand, social workers hope to own a way to help them to change, but in perspective, different from the past is the social workers involved in the process of the strengths perspective the improvement to meet their needs in terms of communication ability to get closer to their lives and their environment, we use the group work step by step specific intervention in the process of social workers to improve a communication ability in according to the definition of communication ability to carry out specific activities.In the preparatory process, researchers to the community of poor children were preliminary investigation, on their respective interest hobbies, characteristics were recorded, to facilitate later in the group intervention process more accurately using the advantage to solve the problem of weak communication ability. In the implementation of the intervention, the researchers are mainly in the form of group activities, participate in and observe the speech and behavior of the service object and timely feedback.In group to get involved in the process, researchers for breakdown of communication ability to develop different group activities and through the interaction between social work and the service object and crew to find members of the advantage and achieve team goals, in many activities through continuously strengthened to ensure the interventional effect of continuous. Finally, the goal of improving the communicative ability of poor children is achieved through the advantage of the theory of advantage.
