Research On The Entrepreneurial Environment And Entrepreneurship On Rural Women's Entrepreneurial Performance

The rural women's entrepreneurial atmosphere is getting increasingly better with the rapid development of innovation and entrepreneurship in rural areas.Rural women have a wealth experience in farming and life skills,and they have more flexibility in their working hours.In addition,rural women could launch entrepreneurial activities with their great affinity and communication skills.This has also become another way for rural women to increase their income and achieve prosperity.On the social level,rural women's entrepreneurship can solve the problem of the increase of the rural female surplus labor force under the adjustment of rural industrial structure,guarantee the stable and sustainable development of rural areas,which is an important way to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and achieve rural revitalization.However,due to their own and external environmental factors,there are many problems in entrepreneurial activities of rural women.Their entrepreneurial performance is generally low.Therefore,improving the entrepreneurial performance of rural women in China has become an urgent practical problem.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the relationship between entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance of rural women guided by the theories of talent ecosystem and entrepreneurial ecosystem.Firstly,The paper reviewed the domestic and foreign theories and literatures about women's entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurship.Secondly,it defined the connotation of rural women's entrepreneurship,rural women's entrepreneurial performance,rural women's entrepreneurship and rural women's entrepreneurial opportunity identification by summarizing the theoretical basis of this study and drawing on the existing research results.Thirdly,it constructed the empirical analysis framework of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial performance of rural women,and put forward the corresponding assumptions based on the analysis of relevant theoretical basis and literature.Finally,it verified the direct impact of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship on rural women's entrepreneurial performance,as well as the indirect influence by the intermediary of entrepreneurial opportunity identification on rural women's entrepreneurial performance through multiple linear regression analysis and mediating effect test.Research conclusions :(1)The entrepreneurial performance of rural women is measured into two dimensions: individual performance and organizational performance;entrepreneurial environment is measured into four dimensions:financing environment,government support,economic development level,and entrepreneurial atmosphere;entrepreneurship is measured into three dimensions:adventurous spirit,innovative spirit,and proactive action spirit.(2)Entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship have a significant direct and positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of rural women,but there are certain differences in the impact of each dimension on the entrepreneurial performance of rural women.Moreover,among entrepreneurial environment,the economic development level has the greatest impact on the entrepreneurial performance of rural women.Among entrepreneurship,the innovative spirit has the greatest impact on the entrepreneurial performance of rural women.(3)Entrepreneurial opportunity identification plays a partially mediating role in the impact of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship on rural women's entrepreneurial performance,that is,entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship indirectly influence rural women's entrepreneurial performance through entrepreneurial opportunity identification.(4)Entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurship have higher impact on the organizational performance of rural women's entrepreneurship than on their individual entrepreneurial performance.The papper put forward some suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial performance of rural women from the perspectives of entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunity identification according to the conclusions.
