Research On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Resources Patchwork, Entrepreneurial Learning And College Students' Entrepreneurial Enterprise Performance

In recent years,in response to the policy call of “popular innovation and entrepreneurship”,many new ventures have emerged,and many of them have chosen to respond to the call to start their own businesses after graduation and become a new generation of entrepreneurs.However,in the actual process of entrepreneurial activities,start-ups usually face the "small and weak" defects caused by lack of resources,which in turn causes most entrepreneurial activities to be blocked layer by layer,which in turn affects the final result.At present,the related research on entrepreneurial resource patchwork mainly considers the overall patchwork behavior of entrepreneurial resource patchwork.There are few related researches on the path of impact of different types of entrepreneurial patchwork on the performance of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises,leading to inconsistencies in relevant research results.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of patchwork of different resources on college students' entrepreneurial performance,based on the existing results,this research focuses on the specific research object of college student entrepreneurial teams based on the perspective of entrepreneur network relationship strength,and focuses on analyzing the impact of entrepreneurial resource patching on college student entrepreneurial enterprises.The impact mechanism and boundary conditions of performance.This research starts from both theoretical and empirical levels,based on the specific group of college student entrepreneurial teams,and analyzes the path of impact of entrepreneurial resource patchwork on college student entrepreneurial performance.At the theoretical level,through combing the related characteristics and analytical connotations of entrepreneurial resource patchwork,entrepreneurial learning,college student entrepreneurial enterprise performance and entrepreneur network relationship strength,the entrepreneurial resource patchwork is divided into parallel patchwork and selection patchwork dimensions,and the impact on the performance of college student entrepreneurial enterprises is explored In addition,entrepreneurial learning is added as an intermediary variable to explore its role in the process of entrepreneurial resource patchwork affecting the performance of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises,and network relationship strength is used as a moderating variable to explore the impact of entrepreneurial learning on the performance of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.Whether to play a regulatory role.At the empirical level,this study investigated the questionnaires distributed by the entrepreneurial teams of universities in the capital of Yunnan and various prefectures.The data obtained from the questionnaires were quantitatively analyzed by SPSS 22.0 using multiple linear regression equations.The results showed:(1)Parallel patchwork and selection of entrepreneurial resources Patchwork positively affects the performance of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises;(2)Entrepreneurship cognitive learning and empirical learning are part of the intermediary resources that are parallel patched and selected.Patchwork has an impact on the performance of college students' entrepreneurial businesses;(3)Entrepreneur network relationship strength significantly regulates entrepreneurial cognition and Experiential learning has an effect on the performance of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises,but low network relationship strength has no significant moderating effect in the process of empirical learning's influence on the performance of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.To sum up,this research supplements the research on co-evolution of resource patchwork and entrepreneurial process from the micro level by constructing a framework for the impact mechanism of entrepreneurial resource patchwork on the performance of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises,and divides the resource patchwork to make up for the previous research focusing on the whole.Ignoring the insufficiency of details,it expands the boundary conditions of the impact of different types of entrepreneurial resources on the performance of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.It has certain reference value for new startups to deal with practical difficulties and promote enterprise growth and development.Combining with enterprise development,choose appropriate patchwork and learning methods,and use the strength of entrepreneurs' network strength to promote enterprise growth and promote the performance of college students' entrepreneurial enterprises.
