With the development of economy and society,some children become floating children for work and studying in other places by following their parents or other guardians who go to other places.Meanwhile,many cases of sexual assault on floating children have been reported in the media,and the problem of sexual harassment and sexual assault on children has gradually become a social problem.So far,the problem of sex education on floating children has attracted more and more attention from parents,schools and the society.However,the cause of sex education in China is still in the stage of development and has not form a scientific,favourable and sustainable situation.After a period of development,social work has increasingly become an effective way to solve social governance problems.The involvement of group social work in floating children's sex education has become an important topic.Based on K institutions to undertake the provincial children's and women social work services project-“The sex known and self-care project” as an example,through the preliminary questionnaire survey and interviews and according to the potential service objects and their parents to participate in the activities of intention,time,requirements,analysis,selected service object(team members),the author found that team members' needs for sex education mainly in the following three aspects,one is learning to master knowledge of sex;The second is the need to form gender consciousness and self-awareness;The third is to form the sexual attitude and value judgment.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory and social learning theory,the author will set up a sex education promotion group for floating children,which will take sex physiology,sex psychology and sex morality as the main content and intervene from the three dimensions of sex knowledge,sex attitude,self-efficacy and behavior.The intervention stage is mainly divided into three aspects.First,in the early stage of the group,the strangers can become familiar with each other by establishing a good cooperative relationship.Second,at the middle stage of the group,through the education of sexual physiology,psychology and morality,the group members' level of sex education was confused from concept to clarity.Third,at the later stage of the group,the team members can achieve self-development from being coherent through consolidating the learning results.Finally,the scale of sex education for floating children was used to evaluate whether the level of sex education for floating children had been improved after intervention.Through the evaluation of the sex education group of floating children,it is verified that the sex education level of floating children has indeed improved after intervention.Finally,the author used the group work method to intervene in the sex education of floating children,the innovative application of the group + case + community model,and the "collision" between the group worker's service concept and the school education concept,in order to make some supplements to the practical experience of the group work method.
